The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  1. Monitoring Contractual labour and reducing absenteeism and controlling Overtime cost.
  2. Timely Statutory compliances (Labour, Factories, MPCB, other applicable law), Legal and Other requirements compliance review once in 3 months
  3. Transport arrangements for goods and members
  4. Monitoring stationery and courier
  5. Visitors and guests’ management
  6. Attendance tracking and monitoring
  7. CCTV system monitoring
  8. Plant Security Administration
  9. Attending works & safety committee meetings and following up for closing points
  10. Training and development – Support for conducting Training programmes, Maintain records, Ensure Training Effectiveness – evaluation process is completed by respective HODs as per system
  11. Implementation of Policies, rules & regulation, Procedures, Work Instructions, Operational Control Procedure and related forms; update the relevant records wrt ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems & customer specific requirements, active involvement in 5S,TQM/KAIZEN activities / QMS / EOHS Management System, Compliance with WOIL norms
  12. Closing of all audit points related to internal or external body within given time.
  13. Maintaining cordial relations within the factory and with outside people.
  14. Ensuring that there is no by-pass/misuse systems/ equipment provided.
  15. Maintaining Health and safety and helping other members to ensure the safety in their work areas.
  16. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  17. Looking after the HR, IR and Admin activities
  18. Adhere to statutory compliance as per schedule – ensure zero non compliance
  19. Facilitator for works & safety committee meeting, Legal & other requirements compliance review meeting
  20. Team Member in the preparation of Budget
  21. Availability of required manpower
  22. Reduction in Overtime cost
  23. Ensuring smooth admin activities
  24. Achieving PDM Objectives as defined
  25. Closing of all audit points related to internal or external body within given time.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Strong in MS office
  2. Good communication
  3. Strong in legal, labour and statutory compliances
  4. Strong experience in IR
  5. Experience in handling customer code of conduct audits
