The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Monitoring Contractual labour and reducing absenteeism and controlling Overtime cost.
- Timely Statutory compliances (Labour, Factories, MPCB, other applicable law), Legal and Other requirements compliance review once in 3 months
- Transport arrangements for goods and members
- Monitoring stationery and courier
- Visitors and guests’ management
- Attendance tracking and monitoring
- CCTV system monitoring
- Plant Security Administration
- Attending works & safety committee meetings and following up for closing points
- Training and development – Support for conducting Training programmes, Maintain records, Ensure Training Effectiveness – evaluation process is completed by respective HODs as per system
- Implementation of Policies, rules & regulation, Procedures, Work Instructions, Operational Control Procedure and related forms; update the relevant records wrt ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems & customer specific requirements, active involvement in 5S,TQM/KAIZEN activities / QMS / EOHS Management System, Compliance with WOIL norms
- Closing of all audit points related to internal or external body within given time.
- Maintaining cordial relations within the factory and with outside people.
- Ensuring that there is no by-pass/misuse systems/ equipment provided.
- Maintaining Health and safety and helping other members to ensure the safety in their work areas.
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
- Looking after the HR, IR and Admin activities
- Adhere to statutory compliance as per schedule – ensure zero non compliance
- Facilitator for works & safety committee meeting, Legal & other requirements compliance review meeting
- Team Member in the preparation of Budget
- Availability of required manpower
- Reduction in Overtime cost
- Ensuring smooth admin activities
- Achieving PDM Objectives as defined
- Closing of all audit points related to internal or external body within given time.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong in MS office
- Good communication
- Strong in legal, labour and statutory compliances
- Strong experience in IR
- Experience in handling customer code of conduct audits
