Responsibilities
- Identifying key market needs and developing the product lines for the construction industry.
- Developing the sales channel for all products for construction industry. Generating business through regular connects and maintaining strong relationship.
- Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, new sales channels, increasing market share, product proposals in new markets, etc.
- Competition mapping & market intelligence.
- Identifying new markets for increasing market reach.
- Creating strategies for increasing market share.
- MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
- Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analyzing and taking corrective actions to achieve key results.
- Analyzing and delivering on commercials and working capital needs, other financial controls.
- Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc.
- Timely closure of customer complaints.
- Timely collection of outstanding.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Quality tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Tooling and Manufacturing Processes from toolings.
- Basic knowledge of Commercials, taxation, etc.
- Highly skilled on MS Office tools, especially Excel & Powerpoint.
