The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  1. Identifying key market needs and developing the product lines for rotationally moulded products.
  2. Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong relationship.
  3. Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc.
  4. Competition mapping & market intelligence.
  5. Identifying new markets for penetration.
  6. Creating strategies for increasing market share.
  7. MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
  8. Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analysing and taking corrective actions to achieve key results.
  9. Analysing and delivering on commercials and working capital needs, other financial controls.
  10. Timely closure of customer complaints.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in sales
  2. Preference to Rotomoulding / Plastic / Polymer / Rubber experience background
