The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Identifying key market needs and developing the product lines for rotationally moulded products.
- Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong relationship.
- Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc.
- Competition mapping & market intelligence.
- Identifying new markets for penetration.
- Creating strategies for increasing market share.
- MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
- Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analysing and taking corrective actions to achieve key results.
- Analysing and delivering on commercials and working capital needs, other financial controls.
- Timely closure of customer complaints.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales
- Preference to Rotomoulding / Plastic / Polymer / Rubber experience background
