  • 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities

  • Learning and development activities like creating training content, conducting soft skills training programs
  • Updating policies and QOPs as and when required
  • Organisational Development activities like competency mapping, succession planning, IDP, mentorship, career development plans
  • HRMS implementation
  • Performance Management, Training and co-ordination for Online PMS

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in learning and development initiatives, OD activities and HRMS
