Job Description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Divisional Manager – EPP Sales who is responsible for managing sales activities for existing EPP customer in Automotive sector. He/she will be responsible for delivering the budget through key account management, new customer acquisition and new product development. 

The Key Result Areas are – 

  • Achieve Top Line target as per budget. 
  • Achieve value addition target as per budget. 
  • Contribute to the Net Profit of the division. 
  • Working Capital management. 
  • Managing customer relationship & ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Take initiatives inline to company’s Vision. 
  • The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): 
  • Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong relationship. 
  • Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc. 
  • Competition mapping & market intelligence. 
  • Identifying new territories for penetration. 
  • Creating strategies for increasing market share. 
  • MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS. 
  • Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analysing and taking corrective actions to achieve key results. 
  • Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc. 
  • Timely closure of customer complaints. 
  • Timely collection of outstanding.

  10. Highly skilled on MS Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint. 
  11. Must be passionate, honest and possess clarity of thought
