We are looking to hire an Engineer – EPP Sales who is responsible for managing sales activities for existing EPP customers in the Automotive sector. He/she will be responsible for delivering the budget through key account management, new customer acquisition, and new product development.

  1. Achieve Top Line target as per budget.
  2. Achieve value addition target as per budget.
  3. Contribute to the Net Profit of the division.
  4. Working Capital management.
  5. Managing customer relationship & ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Take initiatives inline to company’s Vision.

The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  1. Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc.
  3. Competition mapping & market intelligence.
  4. Identifying new territories for penetration.
  5. Creating strategies for increasing market share.
  6. MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
  7. Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analyzing and taking corrective actions to
    achieve key results.
  8. Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc.
  9. Timely closure of customer complaints.
  10. Timely collection of outstanding.
