We are looking to hire an Engineer – EPP Sales who is responsible for managing sales activities for existing EPP customers in the Automotive sector. He/she will be responsible for delivering the budget through key account management, new customer acquisition, and new product development.
Key Result Areas
- Achieve Top Line target as per budget.
- Achieve value addition target as per budget.
- Contribute to the Net Profit of the division.
- Working Capital management.
- Managing customer relationship & ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take initiatives inline to company’s Vision.
The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Generating RFQ from existing customer base through regular connect and maintaining strong relationships.
- Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, product proposals in new markets, etc.
- Competition mapping & market intelligence.
- Identifying new territories for penetration.
- Creating strategies for increasing market share.
- MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
- Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analyzing and taking corrective actions to
achieve key results. - Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc.
- Timely closure of customer complaints.
- Timely collection of outstanding.
