Qualification(s)

• BE (Mechanical) / Statistics Major or Graduate

Specialization Required/Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Indian market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience Required

• 5+ years  

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and administer market research projects. 
• Conduct research on the plastics industry, including analysing market trends, market segment analysis, identifying customer needs, and evaluating competitors. 
• Manage all phases of a research project, including survey design, data collection, cost management, and supplier selection. 
• Analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions from it. 
• Identify patterns and trends and use them to make informed decisions. 
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments. 

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems is a plus
